LET’S TRY TO SAVE YOUR HOME OR OTHERWISE “MITIGATE” YOUR FORECLOSURE PROBLEM.

What does MITIGATE mean: Very simply put, to make something less harmful, unpleasant, or bad or to lessen the severity of a particular situation or problem or to make the best out of a bad situation.

As a Mortgage Loss Mitigation and Life coach it is my mission to:

  1. Help you keep your home by working with your lender or investor to MODIFY the terms of your loan so you can keep your home.
  2. If you do not qualify for and AFFORDABLE REPAYMENT PLAN or LOAN MODIFICATION or if you no longer wish to keep your home and move on, let’s buy you some time so you can leave on your terms; not your lender or investor. Let’s sell your home for as much as possible be for FULL MARKET VALUE or a SHORT SALE. A short sale can take months to close so you can stay in your home as long as possible without paying the mortgage.
  3. Sometimes, it is better to just WALK AWAY and start over but, again, on your terms; not your lender or investor.

Whichever option you choose 1, 2 or 3, you will be able to rebuild your credit and make plans for a financially independent future. But you do have to have a plan.
